(1) In considering any revision, including additions, deletions, or changes of classification to the Historic Properties Map, the Board of Supervisors shall request and receive a written recommendation from the Schuylkill Township Historical Commission.
(2) The owner(s) of any property(ies) which is/are the subject of any such proposed action shall be given written notice of the Historical Commission's recommendation to the Board of Supervisors at least 30 days prior to a public hearing at which the Board will consider such action.

(b) The Township shall respond to such petition in accordance with the ordinance amendment provisions of Article XXVI of this chapter.
